Hard Rules Enclosing

  1. I was taken over by awe, other hands held me,/but I had saved myself for only awe/never flinging never raising the ante/past what came before. Counting drops of blood emerging from frolic/sweat that flows and guts that churn/In a valley of hairpin turns and infernos ready to strike and reap whatever comes forth that’s when I am at a loss. Deals made, in my presence, by the uninvited guest /in the evening of my life. As character defamed, decried motives grow clearer /as to why I must leave you. No end in sight to dark intuitions /there before I get there./ They’ll be there when I leave, moving statues/ casting secrets into Oblivion
