Let a pair of eyes break ,/above your tunic,/they flicker into mine. I owe you for that moment,/because it’s ageless,without blindness./Casting glances over your shoulder,/musing on the colors you see,/searching for each other’s vivid portraits/yours reflecting what you wear that morning,/the weight of your sudden ire./Eyes flash when they open /they need to seek out future tombs./Next morning,laughter in peals,/at the ribbons on your frock/the eyes demure,deferring a revealing.
